there was loud music playing from a nearby bar. it started at 9 am and lasted until midnight every day and i could hear it from my room. the room had no window, and this was not clear from the description.

everyone was very friendly and eager to help with my requests, especially regarding local recommendations for shopping and dining. tyson, the bell boy, even packed my luggage into the taxi!
my room felt quite small considering what i paid. the floor was slippery, and some bugs were around even after cleaning, a little annoying.

The staff IS super friendly and helpful, what a welcome! I found the location to be awesome. It's SO convenient. The rooms are very clean. That is important to me. Breakfast was tasty. I will definitely be back!

The staff are VERY nice. They always helped open the door. The laundry service is perfect. My clothes returned quickly and smelled GREAT. I got assistance with directions and recommendations for local eateries.

i liked the staff, they were always friendly and cute. we had an airport transfer organised with the staff and it was smooth. the rooms were clean and had everything you need.
the rooms and the hotel did not resemble the renders posted online, i think. the breakfast was limited and did not change at all.
